Is Bit Bank a total Privacy Solution? 

* Yes all of our network is encrypted we are a complete Layer 2 Privacy Solution. All of our services are fully confidential.

Where is my data stored?

*  In the our secure Zero Knowledge Proof data center under Swiss Data Protection Laws.

When are you open? 

* Mon-Fri 8AM-8PM, but you can contact us via opening a support ticket and we will respond swiftly.

Do you deal with non High Net Worth Individuals? 

* Yes but only digital services, for any real world services such as Discreet Custodian, Wealth Management you will need to be a High Net Worth Indiviudal, Foundation, Family Office or Corporation.
